What started in 2015 as a short-term project, exploring the core leadership behaviours required to navigate important management interactions, has grown considerably. We now deliver a full scale suite of performance initiatives, working with leaders who have both management and non-line management responsibility.
Courageous agility in times of change
We have designed these programmes to create a platform to support staff in lean thinking, developing responsibility in self and others, and taking an authentic approach to leadership. This work brings a courageous agility to the workplace and helps people lead confidently in times of rapid change and uncertainty.
